  1. Outlook plugin: 'Create ticket'

    Customer mails directly to me, but I want to put this mail into the ticketing system. If I forward this mail it says 'Email: My email adress'. I would like the feature to create a ticket using an email a customer has sent me.

    At the moment only reports available could be seen in Reporting section and an overview of activity in the Dashboard section (star page – Analytics, History graph and table).

  7. keyboard shortcuts

    add keyboard shortcut to end an active chat, send a ticket, or ban someone maybe? it must be easier to just press keyboard combination rather than moving the cursor to the corner of the window

  8. Have width in % rather than px

    Please change the width measure tool from PX to %, there are thousands of screens that have different dimensions and we as designers would love to center them for customers, PX wont help as customers may have a screen different in dimensions than ours and will not be aligned well. any help?

  9. add the action "close chat" in the advanced trigger.

    After all the conditions of the trigger and the sending of messages to the player, the chat is closed. If there are more questions, the user will re-invoke the chat.

    Thank you for the request!

    Hint, if it will be helpful for you – you can make widget be always in “Online” state for visitor, when you are logged in with our app (Android or iOS), even if mobile won’t have Internet connection, it will keep widget always “Online”. Only if you manually change your status in the app to “Away” or “Invisible” it will change widget state.

  15. Export chats as they look while viewing, not in a JSON format

    Add ability to export all chart and it should appear as it is on the chat. Currently, when you export the chat, it gives you Json data. We want it to appear like on the chat.

    It could be great to assign an agent depending of the visitor's country of origin. Very useful for companies that have different policies/features/services in each country.
