  2. Mute chats s

    Add the ability to mute chats individually, specifically group chats. I still want to see that there is a new message, but no sound alert, and still be able to hear sound alerts for separate agent chats.

    There are specific group chats that I need to be in for entering data only and I don't want to hear a ding when everyone else is having conversations in there.

  3. get a message or display counter when other agents mention your name in group messages

    Sometimes a lot is discussed in group messages. For some solutions a problem is assigned to a specific agent. Everyone can then see that that person is busy with it. But sometimes that agent misses that someone mentioned his/her name. It would be great if there is a person-tagging system, a place where you can see that you've been mentioned.

  4. Add URL based agent assignment rule feature

    so when a user/visitor visits a landing page/profile/product page and starts the chat - then Tawk identifies the URL and then based on the assignment rule the correct agent/person is assigned to the chat.

  5. Addition to Minecraft

    Add a way that allows people to add the link to make a Live Support call within Minecraft. However, if there is a way also only make the link show up within Minecraft when there are advisors online and able to take a call and not just at any time that would be amazing!

  9. Automatically expand chat window on mobile

    When users land on the website and we message them, I noticed the only notification is a little "1" in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. If we can have the ability to take over the screen automatically once we send the message, I believe it might increase conversions.

  10. Immediate start of the program

    It would be interesting to put a way to open the program as soon as the operating system starts on the computer, ie open alone. Because most of the time those responsible for service forget to open the program causing a stress with customers when they access the site due to lack of care.

    You can use “Video+Voice+Screensharing” addon to make calls with the visitors of your website. You can find more info in your dashboard: Admin – Addons – Video + Voice + Screensharing.

  14. privacy

    Please allow for our agents to go in private mode so others in the company aside from the admin cannot see each others chats real time. There is a large privacy issue with that and it is causing issues when others read chats and talk about them in the company. I don't believe others should be able to see chats unless they are an admin.
