  1. Export Ticket History

    Would be great to be able to export all of the ticket history to a usable file such as CSV or JSON to be used for other purposes.

    For instance one of our clients wants to be able to review the tickets their staff has opened and currently we have no way to do this, without hours of copy/paste

  2. Time Zone options for incoming emails

    I would like you to make the option to change the time zone to the country using the application. Because when we are offline, the incoming email informs the GMT+00. Greetings.

  3. Auto logoff when idle for a set amount of time

    So many tawk.to users are lacking this feature. Please add it!
    There is no point in coding the best live help chat if you don't add this feature.
    Operators are missing chats because they forget to switch off and users get really angry!

  5. Show map location when chating with visitor

    The same tab information of map location of visitor should be show in the window while chating with a user.
    Maybe use the same tab structure to show more data about visitor.

  6. Allow notifications to be setup per site

    App notifications are setup individually... I suggest chat notifications should be as well instead of lumping them all together in the settings under one. I monitor many sites and many are very busy and some are new. The busy ones I don’t want any notifications yet the new ones I want notifications for every visitor etc. adding this ability would be helpful

  7. Make multilingual chat on the fly depending on the language code of the website, IP address. Instead of creating widget for each language

    My website had multi lingual functions and I use 21 languages.
    I would like to show chat widget for each language on the fly instead of creating widget for each language

  9. IP tracking and recognition

    I would love to see automatically saved IP addresses in a rapport. Some B2B visitors have an IP-address bounded to there company.

    With that information, we have more potential leads. Now I need to manually save the IP-address and company name. When there is a monthly rapport of visitors and there IP-addresses I would be even more happy with tawk.io!

    I hope this will be available in the future.

  10. Saving phone number

    We would like to have the possibility to save visitor's phone number when it has not been requested in the pre-chat form. Many visitors give the phone no only after some chat time. We want to connect the visitor's name with email address and phone. Some don't even have an email address so for us the phone no is very important!

    We need LInux Desktop App as we all are with Linux Mint desktops. Is there is a version already? Or you are developing it? If not, I would suggest that option.

    Make a Chrome Extension Please as I can be online all the time when I am having an extension. There should be not need to Sign in everytime. When I open the browser it should remain online. As definitely every time open the App is not suitable for an essential app. Chat is essential and it needs Auto open once I on my PC

  15. Maximize the chat window on page load

    I'd like to have my chat window maximized during the page load, since novice or existing users may not notice the addition of the newly implemented chat service to my website. It could be served as an optional functionality from your dashboard menu, where the default status would be as it is now (a minimized icon class), or as a maximized window version.

  16. Minimize the window after x seconds, when a trigger has poped up a message

    I would like for the trigger messages to allow as a setting to minimize the window if the user does not react to the trigger after let's say 3 or 5 seconds, to clear up the space on the website. Otherwise the user has to manually minimize the chat window if they do not want to engage with the message and it ruins their navigation experience.

  17. Add feature to disable welcome message if chat engaged

    When the welcome trigger is enabled and the user clicks on the chat before the delay time then the welcome message should get disabled. If they are already engaged in the chat, then they don't need a welcome trigger message.

  20. An ability to pre-fill pre chat form via URL and JS

    It would be nice if you add an ability to pre-fill pre chat form via both direct URL and JS widget.

    Example, pre chat form has fields:
    1) Department
    2) Customer name
    3) Customer ID in CRM

    When using direct URL to start chat, we should be able to pass values for any of fields in the URL. The same is when we use JS widget.
