Using the tawk to widget with turbolinks causes the widget to disappear after 5 navigation actions (clicking links). This seems to be due to the web sockets not being closed when the turbolinks are loaded. Support for either automatic websocket closing or an option to manually close the websockets when required10 votes

Since last update the mobile app is stuck on loading after you login or when you reopen it and therefor unusable. Restarting phone, reinstalling app and logging in again doesn’t fix it. Tested while charging & not charging phone, at different battery levels and with & without battery saving mode enabled. App still sends push notifications and loading circle keeps turning, never ending.

When user clicks on email chat transcript and submits email during a chat session, show a message saying the chat transcript will be emailed when the chat session ends. A user might simply wait for the email during the chat session.1 vote
When one party finishes the chat, but another party returns to the chat window, The chat window will refresh to start a new chat. The user has no chance to request a chat transcript. There should be no auto-refresh. The user should instead press a button that says "start new chat" So this ensures that the user is given an opportunity to take action.1 vote

Disable triggers if someone is filling out the pre-chat form. Prevent trigget firing when someone is filling out the pre-chat form
Currently I have had users that are filling out the pre-chat form but before they finish the trigger fires and the information that they entered is not saved.3 votes

We have noticed a bug, We have a visitor from 188.8.131.52 and we get Serbias flag in chat.
According to RIPE is Albania, while in Tawk.To it shows Serbia.
We use this service in a public service and due to some circumstances showing flag of Serbia is quite a sensitive situation.

I use your chat widget on my Opencart 184.108.40.206 eshop.
Everything regarding to widget is working fine, however I noticed one thing when I was checking the Network tab in Chrome Developer Tools.
websocket for tawk.to widget always stucks on 101 status in PENDING and request never gets completed until I close the browser tab.
Is this a normal behavior or am I doing something wrong?
