    • Need a lot more documentation or large community based forum for answering questions or solving problems

      I'm hunting for a place where people have the problems I have and have already solved them. Find this with most everything I work with. I'm using the API JS, have error codes, special use....but I can't find anything to learn from others that have already gone through this. Would love to be able to post and have others in the community help. Once I learn it better, I'd be glad to help others as well. I do on other sites now.

      • Get notification when a visitor visits a specific page.

        It is not always possible to engage each and every visitor. But for eCommerce sites, some pages are really important like cart page. We don't want visitor to drop off from the checkout cycle and would like to know the reason why they are leaving. It would be awesome if we can make a trigger which shows desktop notification when a visitor visits a specific page.

        • Make it possible to use more than one widget on the same web page.

          I would like to use one widget as a contact form, the other for chat. Some people would rather send email than chat, and I would like to be able to offer both. But I'm told 2 widgets would conflict with each other. I like the look of Tawk.to and would like to have the consistency of design rather than using another service to generate the contact form.

            Hi there Mary,

            You are correct that 2 Widgets would conflict each other. You can setup different departments for chat and contact and they will show up in different colors so the right people can answer, based on the color of the conversation.

            We will be working on routing soon which will ring the conversation only for available Agents in the specific department.

            It would be great to have the Android app in our native language. If you already have the source code prepared to be internationalized, I could contribute this translation for ES_es. My wife does not speak English and is the person that use the Android app more often. :-(

              Thank you for the iniciative. We are currently rebuilding our application and once it’s out, we will offer tawkers the ability to create translations.

              In the mean time, only web version can be translated. Will inform you when we are ready!

            • User signup via API

              A way to sign up/register for Tawk via the API. We have a two-sided business model, and want end users to be able to get in contact with our merchants via Tawk.

              So each person that signs up for our service is also signed up to Tawk.

              Is this possible?

                OpenCart allows use of multiple languages within a single install. Essentially, they allow multilingual stores.

                OpenCart also allows multiple stores running on a single install/instance. It is a multistore software.

                So the talk.to OpenCart extension setting page should allow:
                1. Mapping of each OpenCart store to a talk.to site
                2. Mapping of each installed language for each OpenCart store to a talk.to widget within that OpenCart store.

                    WPML is the biggest Wordpress pugin. I'd like the chat to show the right language. My customer's language depends on the language they chose (in WPML).

                      Take a look how https://www.intercom.io/live-chat has their expand on the live chat. I think it is a nice way to have a better interactive chat without overlapping on the content and still having a large view

                        It will be good if you can change display on multiple chat in same time. Actually, they stuck 1-2-3-4-5-6 chat side by side but its hard to manage it.

                        It will be good if you can make a page like LiveChatInc. Just jump into this or this chat. Not to have it all in one window. Its hard when you have couple in same time

                                I notice when I'm offline and I receive an email notification of a new message, it takes a long time (15 - 30 mins) before that message shows up in my Tawk.to messages inbox. At first, I thought this was a caching issue, but I've tried refreshing the control panel multiple times, restarting the app, etc... I also tried logging in from a web browser and the messages still don't show up for a long time.

                                I'm wondering if there's any way you can speed this process up? Once I receive an email notification of an offline message, I want…

                                  We’re working on changing chats to be posted to messaging in real time as opposed to just once the session for the visitor is finished. This is planned for a release in the near future.

                                  visitor only chat to billing departement, but all sound notification alert to all departement, all computer departement will alert. it's must alert only to destination department.

                                      Invitation from any site/profile/page for agents should be more highlights, as under bell icon, with smaller notification its difficult to find it out !

                                      Ask the designers to make a good styled web2.0 type bubble/any-style icon, so it will be more visible.

                                        because we have a lot of chat going on at he same time and we what to see all the chat at the same time in same screen. Now, the chat room is vertical and it so thin moreover, the maximum are 4 chat room so if we can make the chat room horizontal it will be so convient to see several chat room at the same time

                                        • Activate/Deactivate Sleep Mode on Monitoring Tab / Change Information Table Size

                                          The new Monitor feature could be good, but with the current acitvate (and can not be deactivated) Sleep Mode, the new feature would be destroyed. Monitoring means: Sit and See! So please let the customer the choice if the activate the sleed mode or not.

                                          An other needed fix is to make the informations line/tables on the Monitorinside flexibel and resizable. Some Pages have long URL or Site Title and on Monitor with more than 1366x768 Pixel) theres enough space on the right side available, so that it must be possible that the customer can resize the information lines.
