Screen capture

What about screen capturing the visitors screen when for example the visitor has some problems with the website, the user clicks on a button and it will take a screenshot from the current page only and send it to the agent.

It would be a great additional feature if you allow your agents to be able to see exactly what clients are looking at, in real time, via the chat dashboard. I know it's a feature other services offer, and it would help me tremendously when clients have an issue with the website and they can't explain it clearly.

can we build in a VNC or quivalent to view wat the customer is seeing and take over their mouse to fix their settings right from talkto eg like teaviewer all over a TLS encryption carrier for security. they would mention the password over the phone to prove you are there, and you would accept it and their screen would flash taken over by service agent. When work done, youend, and the customer goes to normal and says the person has safely and securly dsonnected. you are free to use the pc as reqired in total safety and security.

I kee getting people ringing and not being able to add things to baskets etcccc so have to,login via teamvier and fix.. NIce to have it bult into talkto and keep you fromswitching interfaces!!!!!! much quicker and more frendly to client!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grab screenshot of the visitor you talk to. It's very useful to view the visitor's screen in order to provide better support for the problem.

SnapEngage provides a service such that if a visitor fails to locate a page then the operator can directly forward him to the correct page.
This is truly ideal for lazy visitors.
