Emails should be customizable, language changed

Ticket reply emails are in english, not in locale language. For example:-

This is confusing to non-english speakers.

        I need to be able to turn off the email reply that users get when they send me a message. Or allow me to customize the autoreply to be in french. how can I do this? Its the only implementation I need befor activating the premium addon

        To change the email tekst thats send to my customer after creation of a ticket. The first email with the ticket ID. it is English but I,m not :)

        My clients complain that they receive a confirmation e-mail from Chat and Ticket, but this email is in English.
        I think we should have the option to write the text in our language.
        I think this feature could be enabled for those who have paid bills like I have.

        Yes please. I am using microsoft flow to automate the whole company's support system, and would love to have the user's email address in the email subject

        This is a big thing.
        If there is no chance to customize the email notifications, then there is no point I using tawk.to in a non speaking English country.
        The most important is to be able to change language of UI and Notifications, and be hable to customize the notificstion

        Make Possible the traduction to native language from Subject of Chat Transcript.

        Translate email subject and body of offline messages sent to member's emails.

        Or, let us choose customized subject line message.

        1. Ticket email are in English when the chat is in Italian.
        2. Ticket message to the customer is not send if the offline message is leaved in the offline form of the chat
        3. Email should be customable.
