Add REST api for creating and managing tickets
Add a REST api for creating and managing (close, change status etc) tickets. This would allow people to use Tawk as a full on ticketing system and make it a great product.

Must have this functionality. Tawk is really moving toward a unified communications tool, creating tickets via email is great, but you cannot integrate other systems to create/update tickets in Tawk.
Adding this feature to the API would take it one step close to a truly unified communications platform.
