  1. to impove the Reporting tab and add option all. It will show the stats from all properties.

    As we have 21 website it is not convenient for us to check stats separately.To know how good/bad we are it would be great to see full picture.

    • Add static ID or Class to Iframes

      To make changes to Tawk.to App stuff you have to access the Iframes document object model.

      Its not too hard but for convience it would be nice if each iframe had a static ID or Class.

      Atm everytime you refresh the page the id's refresh to a new unique one.

      And they dont have an actuall class.

        • Desktop notification feature that will continue to prompt (Not just prompt once) when a chat has been unanswered in the dashboard.

          Our company sometimes has am issue with picking up these chats on time when they first come in (Our fault I know), so I was wondering if I were able to request an additional add on feature to the desktop notifications that would continue to prompt you when a chat has been left unanswered in the dashboard.

          The feature could let you choose whether to have this turned on or not (obviously) and if turned on, you could choose how often to be prompted when the chat has still not been answered (30 sec/45 sec/1 min etc).

            Hi everyone,

            My suggestion is the dark theme for the main panel, large companies like YouTube (Google), Twitter or Twitch accept this theme!

            This color is great because it does not force your eyesight.

              We get more chatters when we have a trigger activated that pops up the window - but we also have an issue with not being able to contact the customer if he leaves the conversation by accident or if we're to slow to answer.

                While reviewing the new GDPR compliancy tools, I noticed that while visitors can opt-in or out on first visit, there is no way for visitors to opt-out after they've already opted in.

                As per the Information Commissioner's Office's Guidelines ( https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/guide-to-the-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr/lawful-basis-for-processing/consent/#ib1 ), we need to be able to provide a way for users to withdraw consent after they've given it.

                "The GDPR gives a specific right to withdraw consent. You need to tell people about their right to withdraw, and offer them easy ways to withdraw consent at any time."

                As it stands at the moment, the widget may not…

                • Allow editing of user contact information when email is sent in

                  I'd like to suggest the ability to edit contact information once it's been received. During a test where we sent in an email to the @tawk.to email address, I noticed that the user's name was pre-set to first of the user's email address (i.e. myemail@gmail.com = "myemail") and that we could not edit the email address associated with the message.

                  On a side note, we use OS Ticket to handle tickets currently and it does allow this type of editing, which we've found very useful.

                  • With reference to GDPR, don't show me the user's email address when they ask for a transcript

                    While this is a neat feature, GDPR only lets you store info that is relevant. They have not consented to share their email address with me when they ask for the transcript to be emailed to them, yet it shows it there right on my screen.

                      We have a button for visitor to type the email and send for himself a transcript and in this case it shouldn’t be shown for you.
                      Can you please make a screenshot when visitor email appears for you and send it to support@tawk.to with description or copy of your request from here.

                    • Allow us to Include or Exclude specific pages with Wildcard URLs

                      In wordpress, the plugin only allows you include/exclude the widget on a specific page, which is nice.. but if you want to exclude an entire site directory, you should be able to do so as well. For example:

                      website.com/help/*

                      vs

                      website.com/help/user
                      website.com/help/employee
                      website.com/help/developer
                      etc...

                      This is useful because it's a less specific rule, and if you add a page under /help/* it will still follow the rule, rather than having to manually add it to the list.

                      It also makes those lists far shorter.

                            Hire a designer to work on your chat widget!

                            You've got so many things right but your overall look is really average maybe even below average. If you added the new designs as options to your custom brand add on, I'm 99% sure you will see a huge increase in monthly revenue !!!

                            Just a thought.....

                            PS - sooner rather than later as most of my clients are wanting to move to a premium platform just because of this very reason, the widget is frankly "hideous"

                              Now once the user select the department in the pre form, that information is saved in the browser session and never is deleted. So the user always remains chatting in the same department.
                              The idea is when the chat ends the user should be able to select again the department.

                                        My problem is, in de settings i'm looking for a way to disable that we can see what the clients are typing, before they are sending the message.

                                        I would like to be able to disable this option, because i find it distracting, and confussing.

                                        Also I find it not so good practice...

                                          The current time scheduler options of 15 minutes only are very restricting. For example I have someone working til 6pm but the only options are to go off at 5.45pm or 6pm when really I need it to be 5.55pm.
