  1. Take chat to email

    When a user submits an offline message, I'd like to be able to use the dashboard to reply to this message via email. The email should include a copy of the offline message, and I should be able to choose a default subject for these emails. The conversation would then carry on via email.

  2. Chat Reports per pages

    It would be very important to have a report to know which pages of my site are getting more chats.

    Like Google Analytics where we can se which pages get more accesses.

    That's a very important data to measure campaing conversion from instagram, facebook and Google.

  3. Privacy - make previous messaging only viewable to admin

    Previous messaging can be useful for training and quality-control, but privacy became a big concern when more people join the property. Hope there’s setting to enable admin to control the visibility of messaging to groups of members.

  5. Specify IPv4 or IPv6 address are shown in the Monitoring window

    Would be useful to be able to change the config to specify whether you see IPv4 or IPv6 addresses for visitors in the Monitoring Window. At the moment this is not consistent and doesn't necessarily match what was seen web-server side.

  6. IP tracking and recognition

    I would love to see automatically saved IP addresses in a rapport. Some B2B visitors have an IP-address bounded to there company.

    With that information, we have more potential leads. Now I need to manually save the IP-address and company name. When there is a monthly rapport of visitors and there IP-addresses I would be even more happy with tawk.io!

    I hope this will be available in the future.

  7. Option to change how chat widget looks for mobile and desktop

    An option to differentiate how the chat widget will look on desktop and widget. Would be great if we can also dictate how triggers work for mobile and desktop too. Right now on desktop, having the chat pop up after X seconds is fine, but on mobile it's a huge annoyance as customers can't browse our store without being blocked by chat at least once.

  8. One trigger can cancel following triggers.

    Let's say you want to have a general welcome message across the site that it is triggered after 1 minute. But then in some specific page, i.e. The Shipping & Returns page or the Shopping cart you want to send a more specific message, letting the users know that you are there to help them with their order after 30 secs.

    Right now the user would receive the specific message at 30 secs and them the welcome message after 30 more seconds. I don't think it looks nice. Right now I am forced to create a second property and assign…

    In Dutch the standard message is now written in an formal way, but we communicate in a formal way on out website. This doesn't match :(

  11. Make triggers fire on a piece of content found in page html/dom

    We need certain existing pages in our website to trigger tawk prompts. If we changed the urls of all these particular pages we could do this but its just not an option due to quantity and SEO concerns.

    If we could set something in the page html (which we could easily do via our backend for these particular pages) and then have Tawk see that and trigger on its presence this would resolve the issue!

    Update the emoji list to align with the current Unicode character set. The available set is 3 years and 3 version updates out of date. (Latest supported version - Emoji 4.0, released 2016; current version - Emoji 12.0, releasing throughout 2019)

  16. Must Be Fixed- For Mobile Users, My website mobile users now hate it.

    In new update it becomes worst for mobile users ,Now users have to touch on that send icon to send messages instead of pressing enter/send key on their mobile keyboard which is very convenient for them and make them feel like they are chatting with friends .
    Now they get annoy while explaining their problems by continuously pressing that send icon button again and again . Please make it like before its my huge request and also make it more mobile friendly .

    I have a timed trigger set (once someone has been on the site for 30 minutes):

    During a live conversation, the trigger fires regardless. Is it possible to
    set it so that it does not get trigger during a live conversation.

    An option to enable/disable the trigger from firing during a live conversation per trigger is preferred.

  19. Collect the pre chat form emails and ability to export the collected lists

    Collect the pre chat form emails and add them to a list. Then we need an ability to export the collected lists via csv or txt files so that we can add them to our mailing lists. Offcourse if anyone wants a GDPR complaint checkbox in the pre form then that's a bonus feature that can be added.
