Please make it possible to use Fonts from a local server. Using google fonts is not ok under GDPR afaik.

It will be like going back – against popular request to have Pre-chat form to stay after a trigger message.
But we will have your idea open, so we could see if it will be requested feature. To implement option to choose how Pre-chat form should behave – be always shown or be skipped.
My boss is often in the office later the rest of us and would like to be able to answer chats past our "closing time" which I previously used the scheduler to turn offline at. I understand that if all users are logged out, the widget will turn offline, however many of my colleagues leave their browsers open overnight for convenience from day to day and forget to log out. It would be very helpful if there were an option for Chat Admins to change the online/offline status of the widget manually.69 votes

The chat icon on mobile should be reduced and places far edge. 90% of our visitors have complained about the size and how to close the widget.
When we hide widget on mobile , it is good but we can’t monitor visitors anymore.
I suggest to give option in settings to hide widget on mobile, but keep the ability to monitor visitors.4 votes

We are thinking some sort of BOT to ask questions before they come through to a real person. Something simple like the plug in one on Facebook? What sort of options are there without spending a fortune?5 votes
At the moment we haven’t got an AI or robot.
You can setup Pre-chat form and put in it necessary input-fields asking for user data and questions which should (or optionally) be answered.
Also you can set Advanced trigger to fire for example when visitors message contains some words.
Tawk dashboard has changed, and this change is not good. There's a lot of missed space, widgets that I don't need, and other ones that I need and I can't see. This dashboard should be customizable.1 vote

The history on the dashboard should have a filter to check based on date/month/year/customize the range3 votes
This can be replicated on the tawk.to website by either refreshing the home page multiple times, or browsing between pages that contain the widget, or more slowly just leaving the page open will increase the memory usage.
Refreshing or browsing will increase the memory footprint by about 30MB to 60MB at a time.193 votes

A feature where if a new visitor starts a chat and they don’t get a response in a pre-determined time frame. Visitor will get an auto response stating we are unavailable or busy and the visitor will automatically be presented with the contact us via email box103 votes
Add the ability so like the system can give the visitor a different code each chat, so they can use that to verify themselves elsewhere.
