  2. Make the "Messaging" box available only to Admins not to all Agents

    Make the "Messaging" box available only to Admins not to all Agents. Either Agents can see only their own messages, or none at all. Admins should be able to see all.

    I would like to add more than 20 triggers per property. That would be a perfect solution for building chatbot.

  6. Response Time Metrics

    It would be great if we have an option to segregate the responses based on the time taken to respond the visitor in livechat. Ex: 0-5 minutes, 5-10 minutes.

  7. I would recommend adding video / call Recordings in the Video + Voice + Screensharing add-on

    As a manager of agents if I will add this add-on video + voice + screensharing calls I will not have control on my agents and I'll be blind on what my agents are doing because there is no video/call recording option.
    I would recommend adding this option so that the managers will have full control just like in chats.

  8. Ability to merge duplicate tickets & inbox folders

    The ability to merge duplicate tickets & allow folders in the ticket & message email section to allow sorting and management of tickets. As its a bit long winded having to go into each ticket and see what the subject / status of the ticket is.

  10. please consider supporting screen-share (for agents) on the most commonly used browsers, Chrome (and ideally Firefox too)

    As of July 2019, ~48% of web visitors use Chrome, 31% Safari, 12% Firefox, 6% IE, and <3% Edge. For ease of interaction with our customers and the use of the screen-share we request support for the top 3 (Chrome, Safari and Firefox) instead of the bottom 2.

  13. Auto pick Visitor name from Pre-chat form.

    When a visitor fills up the pre-chat form and the chat beings with an agent. It will be awkward for the agent to ask "what's your name?" So, I would like auto pick the visitor name as filled in the pre-chat form.

  16. Skip pre-chat form after trigger

    Based on this https://tawk.uservoice.com/forums/228427-feedback/suggestions/9229221-pre-chat-form-after-trigger there are many people such as myself who want the vice versa feature, If there is any triggered message then, the pre-chat appears naturally as if it were a conversation balloon

    Thank you for the suggestion.

    It will be like going back – against popular request to have Pre-chat form to stay after a trigger message.

    But we will have your idea open, so we could see if it will be requested feature. To implement option to choose how Pre-chat form should behave – be always shown or be skipped.

  18. Instead Pre-Chat Form, How about In Chat form

    Hi there, just wondering if its possible to create a post chat form. Theres a pre-chat form but many wont fill it in. What about setting up a form that triggers mid chat, or after the first user input so its more natural. User puts in first input, then form appears,

  20. Chat history

    Chat history is very important and lovely. I like the fact that we can see the chat history report as at when the user is online like site visited, minutes spent, referred domain but it would have bee. Extremely lovely is these histories don't dissappear automatically when the user is offline so this report can be used for reputation management and decision making
