  3. Better tickets reporting/statistics

    Reporting section for tickets doesn't seem finished.
    Can we have a way to view statistics by user/department over a date range?
    For example: every month we would want to run and see how many tickets each employee had serviced, closed, still pending etc. Likewise by department.
    Having resolution time by user could be very useful as well.

    2. How can i see the report of the busiest hours from a selected date range. If i selcete data range which is more than 7 days, the only option i get is Day, Month, Year. The Hour option goes away

  9. boy would it be great if you were able to save the page history on those who visited and do not chat

    I can see those visiting my site real time in the Monitoring dashboard area yet when I leave I haven't a clue as to what pages visitors saw. It would be nice when I have 5 or 10 visitors to my VersaBands.com website to see what page they visited so I would know what pages are preferred.

    Add design abilities for desktop triggers. For now you can setup and configure triggers(messages). It would be nice if we could change the way of showing these triggers (add some styling, or choose a display template)

  15. Resize visitors input fields in Widget, make taller than one line

    Most retail/novice customers "freak out" when they are typing and the text disappears. Consequently, when typing a long sentence in your chat, they would think that the field is limited in length or overwritten since they only see the last line of text. A self-expanding box or a default account setting would allow for more control of the size of the entry box of the chat before the message is sent.

  16. Either a Screenshare-only add-on, the ability to disable the voice/video options, or restrict initiation to agent-only!

    The fact that customers can initiate video and voice functions combined with the fact that you can't disable ANY of the 3 services provided by this add-on makes it ENTIRELY unusable for us. We only want screenshare and would never make use of video and probably never use voice either. Because there is no way to limit this from the customer's perspective, we'll never be able to take advantage of this add-on. We need WAY more control over how this is (or is not) presented to customers...especially when you are charging between $29 and $49 for it! We've been asking…

  19. Shortcuts don't work when you create a ticket from a chat.

    When you create a ticket from chat the text box will not allow you you to use shortcuts like it does every where else in the program. It seems to me that the ability to use shortcuts should be accessible everywhere in the program for consistency since you can use them everywhere but this one place that i've found

  20. Deliver offline messages in a table/csv

    Export offline messages to a CSV or similar database format. This would help intergrate Tawk.to enquiries into a company's Customer Relationship Management software, and be able to review all offline messages per date, and work through them.

    Currently they are delivered in the below format (by email)
