After we chat with customers, we could give them a form for rate the chat, like "how is the rate for the service?" "Did you have to contact the service more than once?", etc...

If we write something wrong, we can't fix it... Would be great if we could edit the message sent.
It could appear like (edited) beside the message edited.

Thank you for the request. For common responses you can use the shortcuts feature which reduces the time necessary to answer the Visitor.
